We are restarting the demo team on Saturday, January 10. Demo team practices will be held right after regular class from 11:30-12:30. The first session on January 10 will be an introduction to the team. All members are eligible to join. We will be training adult members differently from youth and teen members. Training will include additional skills and martial arts beyond the regular program. There will be no cost for the training, but the team will design and wear a team t-shirt, which will need to be purchased later.
